Here are some thoughts better suited for a blog than social media, based on observations while transferring from a Southwestern to Great Western train in Reading.
With apologies to Julius Caesar, all pandemic rail transport behavior is divided into three parts:
- Those who obey the rules.
- Those who do not.
- Those who try to enter W.H. Smith with a r-shirt on their heads In lieu of a mask (and are turned away).
Mind you, most of the population seems to be staying away from public transport, period.
