Today, we talk about his many contributions to urbanism in the United Kingdom, including cartoons, words, training, and methodologies. These contributions played a big part in the practical sections of <em><a href=\"https:\/\/rowman.com\/ISBN\/9781538133255\/Sustaining-a-City%27s-Culture-and-Character-Principles-and-Best-Practices\">Sustaining a City&#8217;s Culture and Character<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.robcowan.co.uk\">His website<\/a> succinctly summarizes his contributions to the field. We then address the complexity of the word &#8220;character.&#8221; Finally, Rob explains the Placecheck method for understanding place.
